I utilize storytelling & media to impact progressive wins and catalyze policy change.

Here's a little about my work:

During the midterms, I joined Senate Majority PAC, the leading Democratic super PAC supporting senators and candidates, as their Creative Strategy Director. I played a key role in creative direction and strategy for large-scale, paid digital media programs across the battleground states centered around informing, persuading, and mobilizing voters.

My skill set and experiences span traditional communications, digital, and social media - from strategizing and conceptualizing to execution and distribution. Depending on the role, I have managed the process and led teams, or I have done every single piece myself.

I've also run several small businesses, including kids on rocks productions, a production company - but queer, and obsessed with policy impact.

Some skill highlights:

-Mastery of video, graphics, print, and audio production processes, including making recommendations, devising budgets, tracking project plans, managing vendors, developing scripts, and editing
-Confident in digital creative production and general best practices, including video, website, social platforms, and graphics and ability to create the assets myself - from script writing to post-production
-Experience deciding communications and digital strategies and content for mission-driven organizations
-Strong understanding of the full digital landscape and how to adjust goals and build strategies to suit a medium’s needs, as well as information from data and analytics
-Successful track record of conceiving, developing, and executing innovative and effective campaign strategies for media at the national, regional, and local level to advance social justice issues
-Experience collaborating across departments as well as with external partners
-Experience managing and/or developing an organizational brand and related assets, and training others in the brand style and guidelines

My work has screened at festivals including OutWeb Fest, Big Apple Film Festival, Las Vegas Queer Arts Film Festival and the Paris Short Film Festival. My video and photography work has also been featured in outlets like ATTN, Rebel HQ, The Nation, RevryTV, NowThis, GO Mag, Curve Mag, Univision and OUTtv.

Creative Strategy Director

Senate Majority PAC

Creative Strategy Director for Senate Majority PAC, the leading Democratic super PAC supporting senators and candidates, playing a key role in creative direction and strategy for large-scale, digital paid media programs across the battleground states centered around informing, persuading, and mobilizing voters.

  •  Collaborated with outside agencies and firms on digital ad strategy and creative - including video, news boosts, landing pages, facebook pages, paid search, audio ads and statics - running in premium and social media environments to impact voter persuasion and motivation

  • Wrote and edited C4 and PAC scripts for 30s, 15s and 6s video and audio ads - including creating ads around breaking news like the Roe v Wade leak and gun violence

  • Managed the creative process, including tracking of all creative assets, compiling and communicating the internal digital team's feedback, performing quality assurance and obtaining approvals for creative tests and launches

  • Utilized polling, focus groups, audience targeting, research, ad testing, and current events to inform creative strategy, as well as write scripts and direct creative

  • Directed and edited targeted GOTV video ads

  • Ensured creative was effective with impactful storytelling by giving feedback on messaging, scripts, copy and creative treatments and assets - considering visual cohesiveness, color palette, stock images/footage, typography/font and animation/effects

  • Collaborated on and created internal and external processes for compiling and communicating strategy and feedback

  • Provided feedback that reduced messaging or imagery that could contribute to harmful framings and social impact

Communications Director for this progressive campaign that expanded the electorate and made history when Felicia won the primary in District 32, Queens


  • Crafted, managed and executed communications, digital and media strategy aligned with best practices and the candidate and campaign’s goals

  • Created processes for the department to communicate within itself and across the campaign

  • Directed and ensured a cohesive campaign including high-quality visual brand and communications

  • Prioritized accessibility through translating in multiple language and captioning videos (often in 3 languages but more depending on the communication)

  • Prioritized inclusive language, ensuring policy and communications were not alienating to minoritized groups but instead safe and welcoming

  • Provided feedback and edits on scripts and communication for field, fundraising, political, etc.

Traditional Comms

  • Strategized and oversaw press and TV ad programs in English, Spanish and Bangla

  • Encouraged writing of letters to the editors by volunteers and gave feedback when requested

  • Strategized, managed, and created content across all social media platforms (FB, IG, Twitter & YouTube)

  • Provided training and designed materials to empower volunteers in relational and digital organizing efforts

  • Strategized, wrote, filmed and edited numerous videos for the campaign

  • Created additional graphics and creative to support the campaign

  • Captured professional photography for campaign-wide use including press and printed materials, and coordinated crowd-sourced photos through volunteers and staff

Content Creator and Strategist 

Cabán for Queens DA Campaign 

Strategized content, filmed on the trail, edited videos and photos in moving cars, and captioned videos in makeshift offices for the months of the campaign launch and final month leading up to the election for social media, printed materials and press


  • My photographs and footage were picked up in national publications and media outlets

    • Strategized and executed a video that was retweeted 1.2k+ times, with over a million impressions at that time.

    • Folks like Senator Elizabeth Warren, Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ady Barkan, Cynthia Nixon, and John Legend shared the videos

  • Launch of the campaign: involvement in foundational conversations around the visual identity of the campaign, collaboration on strategy, candidate media training, and translating messaging and candidate’s story into compelling content

  • Collaborated on launch and social media strategy that included a video from the first shoot with the candidate, which garnered 20K organic impressions on Facebook within the first week
